The Leo Tolstoy method for emergent project management

Tolstoy (as far as I know) did not proscribe any method for project management – but he did write one of the greatest novels of all time. What is his relevance to project management? Almost nothing, but I like the title better this way, and even more importantly, it allows me to justify the image of Tolstoy that I wanted to work into this video.
